Congratulations to Nathan Foster, a senior business economics major and former student of our Startup Incubation and Mentoring course (ENI 4102), being featured on Agritecture.com!
Foster is the CEO and co-founder of Enrich, a company that gives the worst of gardeners an enjoyable and straightforward gardening experience. Once a user has purchased an enrich kit, they can download the Enrich app and scan the code located on the kit to add the plant to their virtual garden. Not only can you track the growth of the new plant in the app, but it will also remind you when to water it!
The app also offers other interesting features, such as a social component that allows users to discuss their gardening journeys with each other and a recipe builder to incorporate the new plants into regular meals.
Foster and the Enrich team currently have ten plants ready to order, including spinach, daisies, rosemary, mint, and jalapeños. They are planning to launch a kids’ version of the app and working towards pairing the kits with Amazon devices!
Check out more about Enrich at www.enrichgardening.com. Way to go Nathan!
