What inspired your idea?
Real estate is a great assent and wealth building tool. We noticed there was a need in this market to improve the techniques and technology to make the process more seamless.

Using technology and techniques to smartly sell and manage properties.
What has been your biggest challenge in launching?
Finding clients to keep consistent cash flow.
Have you always been entrepreneurial?
Andrew: yes, I started another business spring called Yengeek which sells technology and custom solutions.
Tony: no, but I had increased interest after graduating from high school.
What role has Georgia State played in your entrepreneurial journey?
Connecting us to local resources and workshops offered by the school. It also let us connect with other likeminded students who may be doing things similar to us so that we can work and find solutions for our industry. It also helped us identify a new market in which our services may be useful.
What resources have you taken advantage of at Georgia State?
LaunchGSU as a co-working space when we didn’t have office space. I also was able to connect with a good client base seeing how many students there were on campus who was looking for what we offered.
Please share the role that LaunchGSU has played for your business during 2020?
Providing us with a working space and a mailing address when we didn’t have an office space in Atlanta. Also allowing us to meet and connect with other students and the technology access making us work much more efficiently
Was LaunchGSU helpful to you during quarantine? Please explain
Yes, by having a space to meet when most shops were closed proved to be an invaluable resource. We were able to have good internet and access which helped us in staying productive when we had limited resources.
What role has Atlanta played in your entrepreneurial journey?
Atlanta is a good developing area in terms of real estate, by being in Atlanta we are in the heart of expansion and growth which only helps propel our success.
What are your company goals for the next 6 months?
- Expand our customer base
- Improve techniques within to increase efficiency with our workforce
- Increase properties we manage
What continues to inspire you to forge ahead with your company?
Knowing that we are filling a critical need and helping our customers with finding a good solution effectively.
