StartupGSU, a unique organization at the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute, is a student-managed venture capital fund that awards sponsored, capital grants to Georgia State undergraduate students who seek to launch or scale their ventures.

Their mission is to stimulate entrepreneurship within the Georgia State University community through targeted early-stage cash infusions, StartupGSU is also committed to equipping partners of the fund with unique educational and networking experiences.
This year, StartupGSU announced their first-ever cohort and celebrated the winners at Georgia State University’s inaugural Entrepreneurship SummitGSU! Four (4) StartupGSU applicants were selected to receive financing for their businesses, in total receiving $6,000! Congratulations to business founders, Danielle Buchanan (Fantasy Factory Wig Company), Quintarius Adamson (Haqq Technologies), Briana Reid (BR Academy) and Tyrik Wynn (Wynn Productions) for being selected!
