George Rhone, Jr.

George Rhone, Jr., is a Business Affairs Coordinator, who works with the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute and assist the department achieve its strategic goals for the university. George believes that the strength of any department is its ability to manage its daily affairs.  After spending more than 15 years providing administrative, financial, logistical, and marketing support, George knows how to manage an office.  George has administratively managed offices in various industries such as the military, mortgage, and higher education.

In his spare time, George enjoys playing percussion.  He is an accomplished musician performing at various events such Wednesday Wind Down in Centennial Park, Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, and The Sundial Restaurant.  George is also a member of the “Atlanta Ol’ Skool” drummers that performed at notable events such as the Veteran’s Day Parade, Atlanta Georgia, The Lupus Walk, and the 2018 Mayoral Inauguration.
