Jen Bailey is the new associate dean for undergraduate programs at Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
Bailey joined Georgia State in 2021 as a clinical associate professor in the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Institute. In that role, she excelled in the classroom while also working with colleagues to help reconsider their curriculum and streamline their operations. She also served as the institute’s undergraduate curriculum program director and chair of the strategic planning committee.
Bailey was previously an assistant professor at Babson College in Wellesley, Mass. where she was founding faculty director of Babson’s IoT for Good Social Innovation Lab and faculty director of the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership. In addition to winning awards for her performance in the classroom, she has been honored by respected scholarly associations, including the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE) and the Product Development & Management Association.
