Cathy Yang Liu, Ph.D., Professor and Chair, Department of Public Management and Policy in the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University was awarded as an Association for Public Policy Analysis & Management (APPAM) Entrepreneurship Policy Fellowship Faculty.
