On February 22nd, 22 teams representing eight universities across the state of Georgia shared the stage at Georgia State University Buckhead Center to pitch in TiE Atlanta’s TYE University Qualifying Round. This year, 34 teams applied for a chance to participate in the competition.
As Georgia State University enters into its 20th year of support from the Herman J. Russell family, the Fall 2019 Business Model Competition, hosted by the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute’s H.J. Russell Center, proved to be a special night for our student entrepreneurs.

Envolve Entrepreneurship partnered with the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute at Georgia State University to host the 2018 Envolve Award USA on June 20, 2019 in Atlanta, Georgia. The event was an awards luncheon and fireside chat with some of Atlanta’s burgeoning entrepreneurs, which also included the announcement of the 2018 region winners.
